Description

"No Rain"  is an amazing beachfront home featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. No Rain is a perfect getaway spot! This home features a large beachfront swimming pool, Tiki Bar area, and more than enough entertainment and luxurious amenities for the group to enjoy. Long day at the beach? Unwind in the pool while you listen to the sound of the waves roll in. Perfect for that group that loves to watch the big games or races, the living room features 3 large flat screen TV's and a view of beautiful Panama City Beach. Step outside to the lower game area of the home and you will find a pool table and foosball table.  View Floor Plan

The first floor features a living area with a flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, refrigerator, half bathroom, kitchenette, and door leading to the outside Tiki Bar and Game area. The outside deck on the 1st floor has a pool table, foosball table and bar seating. Take some steps up and you will be blown away by the extensive pool area. Walk down to the beach on the newly added beach walk over! You can enjoy all of this while looking out towards the glorious Panama City Beach. 

The second floor features a great open floor plan living area, two bedrooms, a half bathroom located in the hallway, and direct access to a furnished balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from utensils to double ovens. You can sit 8 at the dining table, and 3 at the bar, while you enjoy your meal looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. The upscale living room features 3 large flat screen TV's, perfect for broadcasting a variety of programs. Down the hall is the half bathroom, a queen over king bedroom with private en-suite, and a king bedroom with private en-suite. 

Head up to the third floor and you will continue to be impressed by the grand decor and detail of "No Rain." This floor features a common area with flat screen TV, a washer/dryer, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony in the master suite. The first bedroom is a queen over king bunk, this bedroom shares a bathroom with the common area located in the hall.  The second bedroom is a king room located on the streetside of the home with private en-suite. The third bedroom is a king room with a partial beach view and private en-suite. The fourth bedroom is the king master suite. This will be the bedroom everyone wants to stay in featuring perfect views of the beach where you can watch the sunrise/sunset. The master suite features a jetted bath tub and large walk-in shower with a color changing rain shower head. The glass door in the bedroom leads out to the furnished balcony where you can relax and take-in the mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file.   If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older.  Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed.  Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation.  Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

This house was wonderful and as beautiful as the pictures. Holiday Beach Rental was great and quick to respond anytime I sent a message. The pool was great for little ones since it has a pool sundeck. Our grandson 19 mos old loved that area. Just make sure to take pool shoes since several of the kids got splinters. Also, if you like music outside bring your own since the speaker don't work out there. We had brought our own to take to the beach so it worked out fine. Definitely a great house to stay in!!

Beautiful beach house We chose this beach house for our family vacation and it comfortably slept 10 people. Holiday Beach Rentals addressed every single question or concern we had within minutes, which was highly impressive! When we first arrived, we were in awe of how beautiful this home is. Pictures do not do it justice! The house is absolutely perfect for large groups and is right on the beach. We opted to rent beach chairs and an umbrella and it made our beach days even more enjoyable. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Panama City Beach!

INCREDIBLE HOME AND EXPERIENCE...JUST WOW! This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Decorated perfectly and with a fabulous layout. The owners really thought through every detail and it was definitely designed with entertaining in mind. We had 6 executive couples, and there was plenty of space for us all to do our own thing and not feel like we were on top of one another. The rooms all had great insulation so we could not hear anyone snoring, laughing or staying up late. In the morning everyone checked into business on their laptops on the deck with an incredible view....you can't beat an oceanfront mobile office. The men in particular loved the triple tv's, and we all watched the Kentucky Derby which was great across the screens. The kitchen had everything you could think of, beds super comfortable and parking ample. We ordered the beach chairs which was a nice touch, and the pool had chaise lounges too. We did not pay extra to heat the pool but management mentioned the hot tub was included....if it was, we couldn't figure out the control panel so no hot tub for us LOL. No worries though as we had plenty of fun with the outdoor pool table, foosball tables and corn hole. The colored led lighting in the ceilings and the pool/hot tub was really cool too and a nice touch. Oh, and the sound system was great with outdoor speakers on all levels. We really could not have asked for a better property and beach vacation, and cannot WAIT to book it again. Thanks No Rain....FIVE shining stars!!!

"No Rain" is a beautiful house. Worth the money and has a wonderful location. It lived up to it's name, it did not rain once during our entire week. :)
