Description
"Salty Kisses" is conveniently located on the tranquil West End of Panama City Beach, yet within only 5 miles of the bustling Pier Park, it is in a prime location for night life yet still provides peace and quiet for a family escape!! With spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, this 3,300 square feet beach house sleeps up to 18 guests.
The first floor entryway features a small gathering area with couches, table and chairs for 4, a flatscreen TV, Xbox and PS4. Down the hallway is a full bathroom and a bunk bedroom featuring two twin over full bunk beds.
Up the stairs onto the second floor is your main living area including a fully equipped kitchen with 7 barstools gathered around the eat-in bar and the dining table seats up to 12 people comfortably. Right outside of the dining area is a furnished walkout balcony facing the beach! Down the hallway is a queen bedroom facing the pool with a private en-suite. Also located on this level is your full washer and dryer set.
The third floor has a quaint sitting area just as you come off of the stairway and head up to the additional bedrooms of the home. To the left are the two beachside king master suites, each with their own furnished walkout balconies, flatscreen TV's and private en-suites. To the right is a queen over king bunk bedroom as well as a separate queen room, each with their own private en-suites as well.

Salty Kisses Requires a 7-Night Minimum Stay for All Reservations During the Check-in/Checkout Schedule Below:

Family Break: March 12 – April 9 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 4 – August 13 (Saturday – Saturday)
Fall Break: October 1 – October 15 (Saturday – Saturday)

Family Break: March 11 – April 8 (Saturday – Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

We originally booked a place for the week through VRBO for a non-Holiday property. When we arrived to the VRBO property, it was a total dump and not as advertised. It was so horrible that we ended up staying in a hotel for the night. I've stayed with Holiday Beach Rentals before and had a wonderful experience, so I reached out informing the team of my situation around midnight while laying in bed. Within minutes, their team responded and wanted to help. My family found a beautiful home that was available the next day! Thanks to Holiday Beach Rentals, my vacation was salvaged and we enjoyed precious time on the beach making memories with grandparents and our 16 month old son. 10 out of 10!!! Will be using Holiday from now on!

Salty Kisses is a wonderful house with lots of room for our family of 10. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the pool and decks were perfect for lounging, the rooms were spacious and clean, and everyone had their own bathroom! Christy (property manager) prepared/presented the house beautifully prior to our arrival such that when we walked in we knew vacation time was starting! As a side note, we experienced Tropical Storm Fred and never lost power nor felt unsafe in the house.

Bachelorette Weekend
My daughter, her friends, and I spent her bachelorette getaway at Salty Kisses. There was more than enough room for our group with bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group of ladies. The property was absolutely beautiful and just steps away from the beach. The location was perfect for us as we were only a couple of miles from the local nightlife.

Location, location, location
Wonderful property - so comfortable and accommodating for our family of 18. Looks just like the photos. It was fabulous to be right across the street from the gorgeous beach. The kids were so excited to spot stingrays in the water so close to them. This was the perfect place for us. Though we had a few problems with a broken dishwasher and leaking faucet, they were addressed well and quickly by the property management company.

The dishwasher broke and the kitchen faucet was leaking/spraying. Someone came within 20 minutes, and a NEW DISHWASHER AND FAUCET were installed within a few hours (and in the early evening after normal work hours). This was the day before Thanksgiving!! Amazing! We were thrilled to have a dishwasher for clean up after our Thanksgiving dinner.
ALL - from those in the office on phone calls to service people were so friendly and efficient. Give them a raise!

The location!!!! Location, location, location!
All 18 people on our family (8 adults and 10 kids) had one of the best vacations ever. Everyone commented on how wonderful it was to see the beach from the balconies and to just walk across the street to enjoy it at our leisure. We were thrilled that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking pots. Etc for a large crew like ours..
The only downside was that the ice maker didnt work, a closet light didnt work properly, and then the experience we had with the faucet leak and the dishwasher. We had to buy ice and did without the light. The most pressing problems were addressed immediately and well. The house was amazing and the location top notch. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable and adequate sleeping areas, good parking, private baths for all guest rooms.

Ive never rented via VRBO, so I was a bit nervous. But everything turned out amazing ! The home looks just like the photos, and was spotless. (We did see a few water bug/beetle/roach looking bugs. Im not from Florida but apparently theyre all over and theres nothing u can really do about it. We are girls from the city so it freaked us out the last day. Thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars for it being clean. Other than that it was absolutely spotless!) I love how close the home was from the beach. The beach was beautiful white sand and right across the street. The pool may look small, but it was a decent size for 9 ladies. And we were able to play games in the pool and spent so much time enjoying it. Every room had a full bath, which is perfect for women. (Insert giggle here) the beds were fairly comfortable as well. The home was close enough to places we wanted to go (8 mins from the super market and fast food near by. ) I can definitely see us booking again and again. Gorgeous home and a beautiful time with family and friends)

Amazing Property with Gorgeous Location
Salty Kisses was an amazing home and although it had a few issues (what home doesn't) it was the perfect location for our family vacation! So much so that we are thinking about securing it for next year's vacation as well! There were a few hiccups with the property this week including the dishwasher is not actually attached to the cabinet in the kitchen (e.g., you have to be careful or else it will literally fall out on you), and that there was a toilet on the bottom level that didn't have a lid and ran water the entire time (there was a note that maintenance was aware of this and that a part was on order), and a couple of others like two decorative chairs in the living room seemed to be broken, and the kitchen utensils could use an upgrade (all of them), other than that it was all GREAT! We are not a family that complains about at rental house with these few of issues; especially when the house is spectacular and the location is equally as good. The pool is not huge but was perfect for our group and the grill was awesome as well and used it frequently (we even left a new bag of charcoal for the next group!); the location cannot be beaten as it is directly across the street from a beach access and the water is always perfect! The home is huge and allows everyone to have their own rooms and baths and that allows for not disturbing each other during the week (a big bonus for our family). Although there were some minor inconveniences, we would still stay here all over again, and as stated above ^^^ we are looking at going back in 2020!!! Everyone had a terrific time, and cannot wait to go back! We would highly recommend this property and location!!!

If you have a big family and you are looking for plenty of rooms and bathrooms, this is the house for you. If a pool is a must have, this is not the house for you. This house is easily accessible to the beach and located minutes away from fabulous restaurants and for those who like to shop.

Amazing all around experience
Our family of five children and 7 grandchildren came from all over the country to surprise their father on his 60 birthday. We couldn't have chosen a better location and home. The home is stunning and well appointed. Easy beach access with gulf views from the living area balcony and master bedrooms in the front. The kitchen was large with open concept in to the dining room and living room. All 17 of us could eat our meals together. I have rented many homes through VRBO and this was by far the easiest and the most efficient management program I have ever used. Wonderful stay with wonderful memories made. Thank You! We loved this house! Great set up and worked well for four families. The pool was small but our kids enjoyed it. The house isnt directly on the beach but there isnt a house directly in front so can still see the beach and ocean from balcony. Most food places and pier park are approx 5 miles away. We really enjoyed the location.
